Dräger Testor 3100
  • The Testor 3100 has the same functions as the Testor 2100, but is also a test apparatus which, when combined with a PC, can also carry out high-pressure tests.

Comfortable operation
With the clearly arranged control panel with gauges for low pressure and medium pressure and, a joystick for inflating and/or deflating the test head and for generating positive and negative pressure, the testing of personal protective equipment is comfortable and straight forward. The Testor 2100 and/or 3100 is supplied with compressed air via a plug nipple which is located on the right-hand side.
Inflatable and removable test head
The inflatable and removable test head is used for testing full-face masks. For testing chemical protections suits, it has an integrated standard thread connection. The lung-demand valve and /or the compressed air pistol, which inflates the chemical protection suits are supplied through a plug-in coupling on the left-hand side of the device. An electronic timer with an acoustic signal will indicate when the tests are completed.
Computer-controlled testing with Testor 3100
The Testor 3100 provides all the benefits of electronic test control and data processing. All test procedures are controlled by the USB interface and the application software which are both included with the device. The test data is automatically compared with the specified device data and fully documented in a test log. In addition, there is also the option to view the device history, viewing all tests that were carried out previously.
High-pressure tests with the Testor 3100
With the Testor 3100, high-pressure tests can also be carried out. At the back of the Testor 3100, there is, apart from a PC connection (USB interface), also a port for the high-pressure sensor.
Flexible location
As it requires very little space and is very light (5 kg - 10 lbs), the Testor 2100 and Testor 3100 can be used at any location.
