Product description

Realistic fire simulation
The fire fighters are confronted with real flames, extreme heat, high humidity, severely restricted visibility and thick smoke during their training. This allows them to train for an emergency as realistically as possible.
Customer-specific solutions
To take account of individual training requirements all systems are designed specifically for the customer. Applicable standards and the latest quality and safety standards are taken into account. Here is a selection of possible fire locations:
  • kitchen
  • settee
  • gas meter
  • pipe leak
Practically all real objects can be implemented as fire locations. A flash-over can also be simulated realistically. The fire training trailer can be combined with a training gallery.
Mobility
The fire simulation trailer can always be where it is needed. It is equipped with an on-board power generator and a supply of gas cylinders. It can therefore be operated completely without external supplies. The trailer can also be combined with other fixed training installations.
Safe training
In spite of extreme heat the highest safety level is ensured. Redundant safety devices for gas and temperature monitoring in accordance with DIN 14097-2 control the conditions in fire room. If defined limits are exceeded or the emergency cut-off switch is operated, the system is automatically closed down and is placed into a safe condition via forced ventilation and emergency lighting.
Different layouts
The fire simulation trailers are available with different room divisions. In a compact form they integrate all the elements of a fire simulation system in accordance with DIN 14097–2, consisting of 1 to 2 fire rooms, the control and monitoring station and the necessary technology areas for the self-sufficient operation of the system. Alternatively a roller container can be used.
Accessible roof
The roof access of the fire simulation trainer can also be used as an extended training area.
Operation with gas cylinders
Dräger fire simulation trailers are supplied from gas cylinders.

Experiment box Aquarium

The experiment box enables diverse simulations of flammable gases. The participants can observe the typical expansion patterns of the fire to better estimate future risk potentials and allow the trainees to use the best theoretical preparation for the flash-over training in the container.

Extinguishing success control + monitoring

Not enough water for fire fighting or at the wrong location? All Dräger fire sites can optionally be equipped with an automatic extinguishing success control. This allows you to specify automatic scenarios dependent on the success of the extinguishing action.

Fog machine

In a short while low contrast objects become invisible and high contrast objects are being masked. This is possible for up to a viewinig distance below 2m and a 100% masking of high contrast objects.
