Dräger CPS 5800
The Dräger CPS 5800 is a limited-use chemical protective suit for industrial applications and operations on board that involve a gaseous, liquid or solid hazardous substance. The suit is especially designed for operations requiring optimal maneuverability, such as confined space entry or decanting substances.

- Comprehensive protection
- The protective suit Dräger CPS 5800 provides optimal protection against a multitude of substances. The suit meets the highest international requirements of industry, fire departments and shipping. Therefore it fulfills EN 943-1+2:2002, and the SOLAS (pending) requirements, so that it is approved for the use on board ships. As a limited-use protective suit its resistance against mechanical influences and flames is not as high as the one from the reusable WorkMaster pro ET.
- Comfortable to wear
- With the proven Dräger WorkMaster pro ET design, this suit is very comfortable to wear and is equipped with the flexible Dräger face cuff. The suit is made of Zytron® 500, a very soft laminate material. All seams are welded in- and outside. This high quality material and the manufacturing techniques provide a long service life of up to ten years.

- The protective suit Dräger CPS 5800 is closed with a diagonal zipper across the front, so in an emergency case no additional help is required. Integrated gas-tight socks with boot cover enable the operation with different, personal protective boots. A fixed glove combination with internal laminat gloves and external Butyl gloves provides chemical protection for the hands.

The Dräger FPS-COM-PLUS communication unit was specifically developed for the Dräger FPS 7000 full face mask. It is mounted to the visor frame and is therefore fully integrated. For clear audibility by voice amplifier or radio – even under extreme conditions.
The Dräger Com-Control 400 is a simple push-to-talk button which connects the upper units to multiple radio devices.
