Dräger DrugTest 5000
The Dräger DrugTest® 5000 System - Analyzer and Test kit - provide fast and accurate on-site drug detection. Substances such as opiates, cocaine, cannabinoides, amphetamines as well as designer drugs and tranquilizers based on benzodiazepines can be detected in oral fluid samples or samples from surfaces.

- Fast and easy handling
- Only three steps are required to perform the entire detection process: sample collection, insertion of the sample into the analyzer and result evaluation. This process is managed via an illuminated, user-friendly, menu-operated display.

- Misinterpretations of the results are impossible; the final results are clearly visible indicating either "Positive" or "Negative" for each drug class. The full color display can be customized, e.g. to customer language and other requirements

- The DrugTest® 5000 Analyzer includes an integrated data memory for up to 500 measurement results and with its simple three-key operation, the analyzer can also be easily linked to a wide variety of data recording devices. In addition to data management, a built-in self-test capability controls temperature, optics and general operation.

- The optoelectronic system with integrated battery has a low weight of 4.5 kg allowing for stationary operation as well as mobile applications.

- The Dräger DrugTest5000 is an IVD according to the regulations in appendix III of Directive 98/79/EG (IVD) and the regulations of Directive 89/336/EWG (on electromagnetic compatibility) or Directives 91/263/EWG, 92/31/EWG and 93/68/EWG; DIN EN ISO 13485 certified.

The Dräger Interlock XT is a breath alcohol measuring instrument that can prevent a vehicle from being started if the driver's breath alcohol concentration is higher than the preset limit. It can also be used with key cupboards and for building entry.
The Draeger SSK 5000 is used for sampling for drugs on or from surfaces. When used in combination with the Dräger DrugTest® 5000, the sample is transferred to a test cassette and screened for possible drug contamination from that surface. For further testing, the collected sample can be stored and transported.
Reliable preservation of evidence: Via the Dräger DCD5000, approximately 0.4 ml of oral fluid sample can be sampled, preserved and transported. The sampler shows a minimum volume variance. Thanks to reproducible recovery rates, semi quantitative conclusions can be drawn, concerning the concentration of the substance classes to be analyzed which were present in the sample at the moment of sampling.
